Spirit Healer

Hello again πŸ™‚ Sad to say but Madeline after Prayer is on hold at the moment, as I got really bored of the brown shades everywhere. I found this Pokemon pattern and as I grew up with pokemon, Ash and Pika Pika, I wanted to start it. However, I am only allowed two open projects at a time, so I finished my Wow Spirit Healer:

Spirit healer

Here she is. It took around a month altogether πŸ™‚ Β Of course she still needs a bath.

And a video of course πŸ™‚

And this may be considered the first post in my Pokemon journey:

I absolutely love the spirit healer. My best friend has been our raid healer since bc and is a priest. Is there anyway i can use your pattern to make her a gift?

Hi, I have been looking for WoW cross-stitch patterns and your spirit healer is exactly what I wanted. It is absolutely beautiful! I am also wondering if it would be ok for me to use your design, if so could you please tell me what the dimensions of the finished design are?

      Hi Anne,

The finished piece was 55 x 35 cm (including the margin which was around 3cm on each side). Feel free to use the pattern (there’s a link in one of the other comments!). Have fun πŸ˜€

I was wondering what the thread count of the cloth is you used, also I’m guessing you stitched the black background or did you use black cloth?

Looks awesome btw, and I’ve downloaded your pattern from your link as this is going to be my next project.

I’ve been nosing through your Pokemon posts – absolutely fantastic work! I’m thinking of starting it, and I’ve gleaned that I need 18ct aida, ~46cm by 76cm, but I was wondering how you worked out how much of each colour thread to buy?
Thanks in advance for any help!

      Hi Danielle,

Usually there’s a cross count by colour on the patterns, so I usually buy one stein of each colour and then another for each thousand crosses. There’s sometimes a lot left over, but those get kept in stock for future projects

      Hope this helps!

      With delay (sorry!):

It’s great that you enjoy it, so did I!

It would be nice to see it when you’re finished! πŸ™‚
