Little Mermaid – Starting something new!

I love starting new projects. Don’t you all? The excitement of blank canvas, the unwinding and sorting out the threads I will use, the first stitches! What a pleasure! I always find pleasure in the little things, don’t worry about big things it’s the little ones that matter. The flower at the side of the road, birds chirping ( it is spring here! ), the smell of someone cooking onions 😀

I started Little Mermaid  ( or Ariel as I call it in my mind ) some time ago, it has not been easy to continue working on it. So much has happened while I have been stitching it – emotional troubles, work being a pain, potentially losing my job, losing friends, gaining new ones and finding willpower to rise above it and start crafting again. I want to grow my blog and become more known in crafting circles. I want to be me and shout it from rooftops 😛

Okay I will stop rambling, I am not very good at expressing my emotions, but at the moment I am very happy.

My life is like the fireworks in Ariel at the moment 🙂
