Vivian James

Hello everybody!

I have been busy, and have stitched another online character – this one is avid gamer, much like myself. Her name is Vivian James.

I made the pattern using a pattern generation app which made a great-looking image, but one that was very difficult to stitch due to the anti-aliasing at the edges containing ridiculous numbers of single cross colours as shown in the image below. I’ll need to spend more time looking into how to make patterns; I’m sure that they could be made a lot simpler without losing quality, but that will need a lot of practise and experimenting to learn! 🙂

As usual, I also took photos as I stitched and made them into a time-lapse video. I hope you like it! 😀
